Ordering & minimums
What is your minimum order quantity?
Most ready-made SKUs start at 50–100 pcs. Custom-printed items start at 200 pcs per design. Bundles start at a single unit, which is the cheapest way to test a new market before you commit to volume. The exact minimum is shown on every product page.
Can I mix designs in one order?
Yes. Mixed designs are supported across the catalog. Each design carries its own minimum quantity, but your price tier is calculated on the combined quantity of the order — so mixing does not cost you a better price.
How does the tiered pricing work?
Every product has between three and four quantity tiers. The unit price drops as the quantity rises, and the table on each product page shows exactly how much you save at each step. You are invoiced at the tier your total order quantity falls into.
Do you offer a wholesale or trade account?
Yes. After three settled orders we can move you to Net 30 terms. There is no annual volume commitment — we only need a verified business address. Ask us to open a trade account when you place your third order.
Samples & custom printing
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
Ready-made designs are available as free samples — you cover the freight. Custom samples are charged at sample quantity cost and credited against your first bulk order over $2,000. Sample lead time is 3–5 business days plus transit.
What artwork files do you need?
AI, PSD or PNG at 300 dpi. A transparent background is preferred but not required — we will mask it for you. If you only have a JPG, send it and we will tell you whether the resolution is workable before you pay anything.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We send a digital proof for every custom order and we do not start production without your written approval. Layout, colour and sizing are all confirmed at that stage.
Can you produce my own brand's designs exclusively?
Yes. Your artwork is never resold, reused or added to our stock catalog. If you need a written exclusivity or non-disclosure agreement, we will sign one before any files are exchanged.
Shipping
What is the difference between the US warehouse and China direct?
The US warehouse holds ready-made designs and dispatches in 1–2 business days with domestic delivery in 2–5 business days — free from $200. China direct covers the full catalog including custom printing at the lowest unit price: production takes 3–5 business days for ready designs and 5–10 for custom artwork, then air transit of 12–18 business days — free from $500. Sea freight is available at 25–35 business days if cost matters more than speed.
Is my order dispatched the same day?
US warehouse orders placed before 14:00 EST are dispatched the same working day. Orders after that cut-off, or on weekends and US public holidays, go out on the next working day. Factory orders start with production, not dispatch.
Who pays duties and import taxes?
For China direct shipments, duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless your quotation states DDP. US warehouse orders carry no import charges because the goods are already inside the United States.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Remote postcodes, PO boxes and freight-forwarder addresses are quoted case by case — send us your delivery address with your enquiry and we will confirm feasibility and freight before you order.
Payment, quality & returns
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before dispatch. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and card payments. Custom-printed orders require full prepayment on the first order.
What happens if items arrive damaged or short?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the carton and packing list. Verified shortages and production defects are replaced or credited at our cost. For carrier damage, keep the packaging — it is required for the claim.
Can I return stock I no longer need?
Unopened, undamaged stock can be returned within 14 days at your freight cost. Custom-printed items cannot be returned because they were produced to your artwork.
How do I reorder the same designs?
Quote your original order number or invoice reference and we will reproduce the same artwork. Your print files are kept on file, so a reorder normally ships faster than the first order did.
